ACORN is under investigation in close to two dozen states for allegations of voter fraud. Yesterday, the media paraded people in for interviews who described registering to vote up to 70 times with ACORN, tales of ACORN harassment, and registration forms bearing the names of the Dallas Cowboys roster, dogs, and restaurants. I have to ask, “Why is ACORN allowed to continue registering voters? Why do we not see temporary restraining orders or cease and desist orders for ACORN?”

Washington Times - Obama camp downplays payments to ACORN
The Obama campaign made an $800,000 payment to the radical group, ACORN in May during the primaries. The radical group is now under investigation in several states including the battleground states of Ohio and Pennsylvania for voter fraud. Despite the payment and Obama’s former role as their attorney, the campaign is attempting to distance itself from the group. All I have to say to the campaign is, “Good luck with that.”

The Washington Times has a story on Senator Obama’s alleged attempt to interfere with President Bush’s negotiations with the Iraqi government. If the allegations are true, there is some question as to whether the Senator committed a felony by violating the Logan Act. Supporters of Senator Obama claim that his position on the Senate Foreign Relations committee makes the Logan Act not applicable.

Allegheny County District Attorney, Shephen Zappala, has Allegheny County police sorting through the barrage of voter registration forms collected and submitted by ACORN, asserting that, “There appears to be a crime.”
Be Prepared with Voter Identification

I expect that the left will be out in full force on election day to try to stop Republicans form voting. Be prepared!!! Find out ahead of time what your state requires and take the number to report voting irregularities with you to the polls, especially if you are voting in Pennsylvania or Ohio.
ACORN and Iraq

I am not sure which will be bigger new tomorrow morning, the Ohio Secretary of State and ACORN or the Washington Times’ story that Obama secretly attempted to sway the Iraqi government to refuse the Bush plan for troops. Either way, I think we are starting to see Obama’s house of cards start to fall.

Plain will appear with the winner of the Flyers’ “Ultimate Hockey Mom” contest. Each contestant will receive “puck-er peach” lipstick and four tickets to a Philadelphia Phantoms hockey game.
