Yes, I missed the inauguration and the Steelers win for a trip to the Super Bowl. I missed all of President Obama’s early executive orders, but, I’m back. The blog was “broken” temporarily, but it’s fixed now, so I will try to do better. Here are a few quick highlights in case you missed them.
- President Obama has asked for an exception to his new ethics guidelines.
- President Obama has reinstated abortion funding.
- President Obama remained silent while the conflict in Gaza raged.
- Chris Matthews has decided not to run for Senate in PA.
- We finally have a cold, snowy winter. This resulted in my pipes (in the ground, outside) being frozen for a week. Three cheers for Nelson getting them thawed with no breaks, so far!
- The Steelers are going to the Super Bowl!
- Troy Polamalu will be featured in a re-make of the Mean Joe Greene Coke commercial from the 70′s.
- I had an awesome trip to Disney World for my birthday.
- 24 is back.
