Pittsburgh played the role of Gotham City during the filming of the Dark Knight which is due out in theaters this summer, This panorama was shot on an evening last week that had a brief downpour, providing the drama reminiscent of the darker themes from the Batman movie.

    I see what you are saying about the histogram, but the city and bridges are on the verge of being over-exposed. Perhaps I needed to stack the filters better. I was stacking GND filters to balance the the upper and mid-portion of the image because the far corners and foreground were starting to move into heavier shadow and the dynamic range from had several stop difference frm left to right at this point.

    +Jenn Grover I frequently have this problem even without an GND.  Usually this can be easily fixed in Photoshop without blowing out the building.  If you have Photoshop, add a levels layer and then pull the right slider toward the tail of the curve.  

    You can even play with a similar idea using the built-in tools of G+ via the edit image option.

    Perhaps it's exactly the look you're going for given the Gotham City reference but, looking at the histogram, the image is a bit underexposed, IMHO.
