Here’s my 2¢…

Count on having to cross some kind of stream/brook/slow river without a very good crossing. It might not happen every time, but I remember it happening enough out in WY that we learned to be prepared for poor crossings. Especially when you’re out in the middle of nowhere; you’re almost guaranteed that the crossings will not be simple.
